Crispy Food Nordic’s CSR policies are detailed in our Code of Conduct, which all Crispy Food Nordic employees and all approved suppliers are required to follow.
The Code of Conduct stipulates compliance with all applicable environmental, workplace health and safety, and similar legislation. We are also a Sedex-member and SMETA-audited, which ensures ethical business practices are followed in the company.

As regards environmental protection, our manufacturing operations have a very low impact on the environment, and we have waste-sorting and energy-efficiency policies in place. In terms of workplace health and safety, we conduct workplace risk assessments on a regular basis, and ensure that all new employees are thoroughly familiar with our policies.

Outside the company, we require all Crispy Food Nordic’s suppliers to sign – on behalf of themselves and their suppliers – an agreement of full compliance with our code of conduct. And we perform risk assessment on selected suppliers if suspicion of elevated risks occurs.
